- You need a name, email and ID/passport number for each order
- If you order more than one ticket in your name, your guests MUST enter Ozora with you

In the UK you can buy tickets using UK Maestro, Visa or Mastercard online* or over the phone. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer (this includes PayPal payments). Please ensure you include your six-digit AAA order number when paying by bank transfer, so we can identify your payment.
From Europe we ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard online* or over the phone. Alternatively we accept bank transfer (including Paypal payments). Please ensure you include your six-digit AAA order number when paying by bank transfer, so we can identify your payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund the full amount to the source account if the payment fails our security checks or in case of disupte.
* PLEASE NOTE: We use the 3D Secure System for all online card payments.
Not normally for the events we list, but do check the event flyer and venue’s terms and conditions.
Most venues for the events we list do not have a curfew except Troxy and Electric Brixton which typically have last entry of 2pm. We will always endeavour to include any curfew time on the event page and/or ticket, however please also check with the venue.
No, you can show your ticket code from your mobile device if you prefer.
For most events
If your ticket has someone else’s name on it, for example, if someone else bought it, you should not have a problem getting in as long as that ticket with its unique code has not already been used. If you buy the ticket off someone else We can usually change the name that is on a ticket, however, only the ticket purchaser can make the request for us to do so.
For some events and most festivals
Tickets will be personalised. That means only the person whose name is on the ticket can use it and ID checks may be carried out at the entrance. This will be made clear on the event page and at the time of purchase.
If you purchased more than one ticket, in most cases* they will be included in the same email/print-out.
If ticket holders are travelling to the venue separately you can print out the same ticket separately or show the same email on your phones.
The venue/host knows how many tickets there are on each order and will simply adjust the number until everyone has arrived.
However, this makes it important to ensure the email/ticket is not shared beyond the intended attendees as there is no ID associated with the ticket as anyone who has a copy of the email/printout can use it to gain entry.
*We send individual tickets where the promoter has requested we assign a QR Code to each attendee.
Yes. We offer refunds on all tickets issued by Access All Areas UNLESS we specify otherwise on the event page.
Refunds can be made up until 6pm on the day BEFORE the event when we are open (Tues – Sat). For events on Mondays and Tuesdays no refunds can be made after 6pm on the Saturday prior to the event.
Refunds will be face value of the ticket minus 10% admin charge (which includes any card charges). The booking fee is not refundable.
Certain festivals require us to collect ticket-buyers date of birth and nationality to use as part of their security checks when entering the event. We hold this information on our server. It will NOT be passed on to any third party other than the promoter.
Your email will be stored on our server for us to contact you regarding your purchase.
Your email will also be added to our Mailchimp account for our monthly event mailout. You can unsubscribe when you receive the mailout.
Sometimes we are required to pass your email on to the promoter (eg Ozora and Boom festivals).
We will NEVER pass or sell your email on to other third parties.
