All ticket holders attending events at all venues must bring valid Actual photo ID and must be 18+ in Age.
Most Venues Operate ID scan on entry. Copies will not be acceptable .You will need actual Forms of Photo ID

No, you can show your ticket QR Code on your mobile device. Yes Print if you do not carry your phone to the venue or do not have one.
In Certain Venues where QR codes are not scanned you may be only asked to show your name on the ticket..Once the Qr Code is Scanned and Validated or Names cross referenced with the Door list held at the Desk you will be given entry. Venue Terms & Condition Apply. You will find this on the Venue website.
For most events
If your ticket has someone else’s name on it, for example, if someone else bought it, you should not have a problem getting in as long as that ticket with its unique code has not already been used.
For some events and most festivals
Tickets will be personalised. That means only the person whose name is on the ticket can use it and ID checks may be carried out at the entrance. This will be made clear on the event page and at the time of purchase.
Ticket buyers
All tickets however many you order are all under the name as on the order
If you purchased more than one ticket,make sure they are used separately as each ticket has unique QR codes
If you buy the ticket off someone else We can usually change the name on a ticket, however, only the ticket purchaser can make the request for us to do so.. There is no charge for this service
However, this makes it important to ensure the email/ticket is not shared beyond the intended attendees as there is no QR Code associated with the ticket as anyone who has a copy of the email/printout can use it to gain entry.
Refunds;
Ticket are Non refundable once Purchased
1 You are only entitled to a refund if:
(a) the event is cancelled
(b) the event is moved to another date read 7
C) No Refund after the event has successful taken place
2 In these circumstances, AAA will only refund the face value of the ticket. Any booking fee or card charges will not be refundable. AAA shall deduct a reasonable administrative fee from the ticket price when processing your refund
3. In any instance where a refund is requested and is not as a result of the event being cancelled or moved to another date, the decision whether to approve the refund will be passed onto the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser’s decision is final.
4 Where ticket revenue has been advanced to the Event Organiser before the event has taken place, please be aware that there may be a delay in processing any refund to you and that any such refund may be made by the Event Organiser directly.
5 Please note that although we will do our best to inform Ticket holders of any changes, it is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and AAA cannot guarantee that we will inform you of any changes to the event date, time or venue.
6 AAA cannot be held responsible for refunds of any costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, or any other related goods as a result of a change to the event by the Event Organiser.
7 If an event is rescheduled,postponed Ticket holders will be informed with options. If we do not receive a refund request within this time frame in the email your ticket will be automatically valid for the new date and you will not be entitled to a refund.
7b if the event is Cancelled We will inform Ticket holders and process refunds.There is no need to contact us
8 No Refunds after the event has successful taken place.
9 Refunds will only be sent to the payment method you originally paid with. AAA cannot issue a refund to any new cards you might have. For security purposes, we can only refund to the card that was originally used to pay. If a refund is send to a closed account, it is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to speak with their bank to resolve.
10 General: Admission to events is at the discretion of either the venue management or event organisers. No refunds will be given to any persons who are refused entry from events due to late arrival, failing to comply with entry conditions or be ejected for behaving in such ways, carrying such items or substances as deemed prohibited either by law or by the event organisers.
Resell Tickets
You can resell tickets issued by Access All Areas to a third party and request Name Change unless Terms and conditions apply for particular Event.
Postponed/Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled we will contact you via the email you provided us at the time of your order to notify you. We will give you the option of having a refund less the booking fee for specified time in our email otherwise we will transfer tickets automatically to the rescheduled event. Ticket holders will be notified when transfer has taken place and will be able to use your tickets for the rescheduled event or we will issue replacement tickets
Your email will be stored on our server for us to contact you regarding your purchase.
We may contact you or Call when it is relevant to your Ticket purchase and important.
Sometimes we are required to pass your emails to promoters of Events you have purchased tickets for Good reason so you may receive updates but will do it with due diligence
We will NEVER pass or sell your email on to other third parties.
