Can I get a refund?

Booking fee : We’re not usually able to refund your booking fee in any circumstances, even if an event is cancelled. This is because we have already paid the credit card charges incurred by processing your original order and these charges are non-refundable. We’ll also incur additional charges in processing the refund of the face value ticket price. This is part of the service that we are providing to our customers and to the event organisers that we sell tickets for.

UK parties: Generally  Tickets once purchased are not  refundable  unless approved by the organsier of the event. Refunds  have to be requested  on ticket purchases from AAA up until 6pm the day BEFORE the event when we are open (Tues-Sat). For events on Mondays and Tuesdays no refunds can be made after 6pm on the Saturday prior to the event

The amount refunded is the face value of the ticket (ie minus the booking fee) minus 10% to cover transaction charge and our time. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Postal charges incurred for delivery of tickets are non-refundable. Where a physical ticket has been sold either in person or via the post we will only make a refund once we have received the ticket back in our possession

Resell Tickets: You can sell tickets to a third party and request Name Change.There is no charge for this service.

Festivals: Generally  Tickets once purchased are not  refundable  unless approved by the organsier of the event. Refunds  have to be requested  on ticket purchases from AAA up  48 hours before we stop selling tickets* for the event UNLESS the promoter’s terms and conditions include a no refund policy.
