This space is proudly managed by Access All Areas, dedicated to supporting accessibility and ensuring an inclusive experience for all festival-goers.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Origin Festival team for inviting us to be part of this incredible first event.
Our primary role is to provide guests with all the information you need to fully enjoy the festival experience.
What sets us apart is our interactive approach. By engaging directly with guests, we are able to gather valuable feedback and identify any issues that may arise in real time.
In addition to sharing information, we act as a supportive buffer between guests and the production team, helping to manage queries and concerns effectively.
All information and feedback we collect is passed on to the organisers for their review and action.
Many of the situations we handle fall outside the responsibilities of security, medical teams, or welfare services. We serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly, contributing to a safe, smooth, and enjoyable festival experience for everyone.

We operate two notice boards displaying all relevant festival information and updates throughout the event.
The notice boards also serve as a Meeting Point and Message Board, helping to create an interactive space for everyone involved in the festival.
Our team can assist with printing and laminating notices, including:

- Anything you would like to highlight or bring attention to

The Festival Information Hub is the central location for all lost and found property.
If you find any item, please hand it in at the Information Hub. Even the smallest or seemingly unimportant item could mean a great deal to someone else like a single earning.
With years of experience and a well‑organised system, we are committed to reuniting lost items with their rightful owners.

Every item is carefully logged in our secure database and recorded upon collection. All returns are handled with proper verification to ensure belongings are safely returned to the correct person.
After Care Service
Unclaimed Items (Offsite)
Items not claimed during the festival are carefully catalogued, photographed, and assigned a unique reference. A secure link is then created and shared on our website to help owners identify their belongings.
All items are returned following proper verification to ensure they are reunited with their rightful owner.
Our attention to detail means that even the smallest items — including those with sentimental value, such as a single earring — are logged, stored safely, and treated with care.
