For Personalised tickets mainly festivals we will change the name where they have been passed on to a third party ONLY at the request of the person who purchased the ticket. There is no charge for this. This can only be done up until 6pm on the day we stop selling tickets.
For festivals this will be 10 days before the event. Please check with us for individual events unless specified for Certain events in our Terms & Conditions .Please also check FAQs
