Lost and Found – Access All Areas
Information Areas at festivals — including a trusted Lost & Found service that helps reunite people with their belongings and bring smiles back to festival faces.
On-Site Reunions
Most items are reunited with their owners during the event itself, following proper verification to ensure they’re returned to the rightful person.
Every item handed in is carefully logged in our secure database, helping us track and match belongings quickly and accurately.
Unclaimed Items Offsite
When items aren’t claimed on-site, we take extra care to catalogue, photograph, and list them on our website and published else where.
Our attention to detail means that even the smallest item which may have sentimental value— like a single earring — gets logged and looked after.
If we find an address with an item, we’ll also send a postcard to let the owner know that their lost property has been safely handed in.
Unclaimed items are held for 9months which is longer than the required period giving enough time for rightful owners to come forward.It is then archived After that, we find responsible ways to re home them — recycling where possible and donating any proceeds to Macmillan Charity.

- My name’s Dom Harwood and I’m the owner of the blue and silver Sony Ericsson which is number 23 on your list of lost phones. You spoke to my housemate Evita on Saturday and you’ll find the numbers of Jack Foxton, Ed Currie & Chloé Stengel on there. The screen is quite “unique”. I lost it while having a great time in the ball pool on Friday night.

- Hi There, Hoorah! you have my fiances hoody and coat on your lost and found. They are number 1 and 1/2. The hoody was inside the coat, although maybe not by the time you found it?! There was a set of keys on a large yellow keyring in the pocket (hopefully there still is?) and the badge on the coat says keep hackney crap! It’s so great that you guys do this!
