Acid Punk Royale
ACID PUNK ROYALE is The King of Techno Festivals staged in the most stunning of locations OPERA’ BEACH ARENA on the beautiful island of SARDINIA, it features performances from the finest DJ’s & Producers on this planet. Techno Fans from all over the world come together over 3 days and nights to celebrate friendship, sunshine, share Positive Vibrations creating unforgettable moments.
Getting There
CAGLIARI ELMAS is the nearest airport (14km) so we recommend you land there.
The cheapest and easiest way to Cagliari city centre is by train, but buses and taxis are also available:
- Trains from the airport to Cagliari depart up to 4 times per hour between 06:00 and 22:30. The trip takes 5-6 minutes and costs €1.25.
- Regional Bus Company ARST operates from the airport to the city centre between 05:20 and 22:30 Tickets are €2 .
- Taxis rides will cost about €20 and journey time is 20 minutes.
Cagliari city centre to Poetto Beach
Bus PQ or PF from Piazza Matteotti between the hours of 07:00 and 22:30. Journey time is about 15 minutes.
Accommodation
ACID PUNK ROYALE doesn’t have a camp site therefore you will have to book your own accommodation. Generally speaking there are three types of accommodation available in Cagliari. Depending on your budget and how many people you are travelling with we would recommend the following.
Apartment/Villa
This is the best bet when travelling in a group. There is a large variety of accommodation to choose from in terms of size, comfort and location. For better accessibility try and make sure your villa is not too far away from the Poetto Beach.
Hotels
Hotels are the best choice for smaller groups, couples and singles. There are many hotels to choose from. We recommend Hotel Califfo (6km) and Hotel Setar (6.5km)
Camping
This is the closest camping site Camping Pini & Mare (12km)
