- Volunteers attending Triplicity must buy a refundable volunteer’s ticket (essentially a deposit) from AAA.
- The cost is £95 for the ticket plus a £6.50 non-refundable processing fee. The processing fee includes bank/card charges incurred both when the purchase and refund are made plus admin costs.
- Deposits will be refunded once Triplicity confirms all shifts were satisfactorily completed and within 14 days of the last day of the festival.
- Deposits will be returned as long as volunteers sign in/out of shifts to record their attendance and arrive on time, be presentable and in a fit state to complete their shift safely.
- You can cancel your volunteer position no later than three weeks before the festival starts.Access All terms and conditions apply.
