Like most agents we sell our tickets online, but unlike most agents we’re available to talk to your customers over the phone to: take bookings, provide party information and help with any queries they may have.
Promoters have direct access to their online account to monitor sales .Print the door list at the time of the event or Live Check in Ticket holders. All Tickets have Qr Codes for Scanning and CVS file can also be exported
We charge a non-refundable booking fee on top of the face value of your ticket to cover transaction fees, and staff costs, however, we offer refunds if ticket buyers are unable to attend or the event is cancelled and so accordingly are unable to release funds to promoters until the event has happened.
Most promoters combine our ticket sales service with a promotional package but it can be either service,we can also accommodate third party tickets link or affiliated Ticket links under certain conditions. Private ticket sales links can also be arranged
